11-Month-Old Staffordshire Bull Terrier – Milo 🐾 About Milo: * Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier * Age: 11 months old * Personality: Very friendly, loving, playful and full of character. * Energy levels: Milo is a very excitable, boisterous young dog who loves to play and can become overenthusiastic. * Other dogs: He has shown a happy, playful interest in other dogs. * House training: Fully house-trained, with no accidents in the home. * Training: Still young and learning, so he needs continued training, consistency and clear boundaries. 💗 The right home for Milo Milo is still very much a youngster and has lots of energy. He can be jumpy and overly enthusiastic during play, and his play can become too rough, including grabbing and pulling hair. He can be quite bitey and nibbly when excited. His new owners will need to understand this behaviour, be confident handling a strong, boisterous young Staffy, and be committed to helping him learn appropriate play and calm behaviour. We feel he would benefit from an experienced owner who understands the breed, has plenty of time for him, and is willing to continue his training with patience and consistency. He needs someone who understands that a young dog requires guidance, structure, exercise and mental stimulation. We want to be completely honest about Milo’s behaviour because finding the right match is more important than finding the quickest home. 🏡 What we’re looking for Someone with experience of Staffies or similarly energetic dogs, who can offer Milo a stable, loving and permanent home. We want him to go to someone who understands his needs and is prepared to help him grow into the wonderful adult dog he can be.
