Description

Loki is a white staffy who is 4.5 years old. He came to us at 2 when his owner sadly died. He was only ever meant to be a foster but ended up staying longer we now don’t have the time and commitment he needs or deserves. Loki is a cuddly and loving boy; he loves walks, his ball and anything he can chew on! Oh and snacks… apples and frozen yogurts are his favourites!! Loki is abit of a sensitive sole and jumps at his own shadow but with some reassurance he settles and realises he’s just being soft. He currently lives with children of mixed ages from young to teenager and has been around babies and toddlers. He’s a big muscular dog and is strong but walks very good on a lead. We don’t trust his judgement or his recall so we don’t off lead walk. He unfortunately doesn’t do well with cats. Loki has a sensitive tummy as is very common with staffs especially all white. He is currently on a grain free diet and we stick to salmon as chicken gives him the runs. He sleeps in our room on his bed but he’s a cheeky boy who will jump up stealth like to enjoy cuddling against your legs. Loki has tons of personality and stops for a fuss at every opportunity. When out walking he is generally unbothered by other dogs but if he is approached by an off lead then he can become defensive. He has his boundaries but he is generally very good. We use a slip lead as he is super excitable when out and just wants to explore. He is the perfect companion for someone who has time for him and the experience of a staffy breed to really pull out his best qualities and give him a happy fulfilled home!
