🕊 ROXY’s Story – A Life Turned Upside Down
Roxy belonged to a 95-year-old lady.
She was her companion.
Her shadow.
Her comfort.
When her owner passed away, Roxy lost everything she knew.
The inheritors planned to put her out through the gate.
Just like that.
No thought. No protection.
Thankfully, she is now safe — but she is confused and unsure.
Her entire world changed overnight.

Adrian and the team at Friends inDEED have been wonderful. We were able to go meet our dog with her sisters and we were in frequent communication during the adoption, and since with updates etc. We were also provided with some food, and lent a harness & lead to bring her home. She has already been incredibly well trained for a rescue dog as we have had no toilet accidents and she is already wonderful on her lead.
