Beautiful miniature Dachshund × Jack Russell Puppies – Fantastic Companions & Working Dogs 🐾
5 Beautiful Bitches & 2 Handsome Dogs Available
We are delighted to offer another beautiful litter of our much-loved Dachshund × Jack Russell puppies.
This is the second litter from our lovely girl, and after the fantastic feedback and popularity of her previous puppies, we decided to have one more litter of this wonderful cross.
Mum is our beautiful 5kg Isabella & Tan Dachshund, KC registered and from champion bloodlines. She has a lovely temperament and is a fantastic little character.
Dad is a handsome 5kg Black, White & Tan Jack Russell, a proper short-legged, true-to-type little terrier with bags of personality, courage and character.
Both parents are lovely examples of their breeds, and both parents and grandparents can be seen here on our working farm.
The Best of Both Breeds ❤️
These puppies really do offer the best of both worlds – the affectionate, loyal and loveable nature of a Dachshund combined with the courage, intelligence and cheeky personality of a Jack Russell.
They make fantastic little family companions but also have the potential to become brilliant working or bushing dogs for those who enjoy the countryside and an active outdoor lifestyle.
Our previous litter has been absolutely fantastic, with wonderful characters and personalities, which is why we were so keen to repeat this lovely combination.
Raised here on our working farm, the puppies are growing up around everyday farm life, with plenty of love, attention and handling.
These are beautiful, small, sturdy little puppies with bags of character, and we are confident they will make wonderful additions to the right homes.
Litter consists of 5 bitches and 2 dogs.
We welcome genuine enquiries only.
Loving, responsible homes are our priority.

Pros
Exceptionally long lifespan of 12 to 16 years with good care
Low grooming requirements for short-coated individuals — weekly brushing is sufficient
Compact, adaptable size suits flat and apartment living
Lively, entertaining companion with great personality for experienced small-dog owners
Cons
Dachshund heritage carries a serious risk of Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) — spinal health must be carefully managed
Independent, stubborn character from both parent breeds makes training a challenge without consistency
Strong prey drive from both parents means unreliable recall and risk around small animals
Not well suited to families with very young children due to small size and occasional snappiness
