Hi, my name is Duke, I am an American Akita cross Bullmastiff cross soppy sausage. I love nice walks (getting better on the lead) and snuggles on the sofa. Im a good boy with other dogs but would probably be better living with a girl dog. I am a super star in the house and know I have to go the toilet outside. I love my toys but my favourite thing to chew is a nice big bone. I am very strong and can get over excited if I see another dog, I dont mean to pull but it might be one of my friends!! I can be clumsy and people tell me that I dont realise just how big or heavy I am, they normally say that laughing when I'm sat on there knee lol. I would be better living with older kids but only because play time is life and I accidently knock little kids over.
Why do I need a new home? Well my Dad had to go back to work, sometimes he goes to work on a Monday and I dont see him again till Friday. My Auntie (shes helping me write this, have you ever tried typing with paws?) Comes down and takes me for walks, gives me fusses and makes sure I have food and water but then she has to go home and I get sad because I am all alone. She says she wishes she could take me home but one of my brothers is a dummy and wouldn't like it. I watch out for her car, there my favourite times of the day. My Auntie says living like this isnt fair on me and although its going to break her heart to say goodbye she needs to find a family that deserves a good boy like me.
