Description
This is Bear! He is around 1 and half years old, we originally took him in from a close family member after they had a change in circumstances. We have had him for over a year. He is super energetic, really loving and loves going for long walks. We have recently been working long 10+ hour days which is causing Bear a lot of anxiety as we can’t always get back to let him out etc in the day. Bear is good around other dogs, but I think he would need to be on his own due to his energy and how excited he gets around other pets. He has always been round children 5+. We know he is cross but we don’t know what with, we think maybe a whippet. Bear struggles with resource guarding with his food and water, and we have tried different ways to help him with this. Although he has improved, he would need more training with this. This has been a recent thing since we both started working longer days, so may be tied into his anxiety. We want him to have a good home with lots of love and attention, getting the exercise he needs as he is a very active dog. He is microchipped but this will need to be changed.
