I have had to make the very difficult decision to rehome my two dogs, chihuahua mixes, Pepé and Coco. And no, it's not because I am moving homes. I'd never accept a property where my dogs (family) are unable to come too.
I've had some life changes and unable to care for all three of my dogs anymore. I wish I could make it work to keep all three but it's no longer possible, unfortunately.
Pepe has recently turned 9 years old and Coco is 4 years old. Pepe has a trial period coming up with a friend who wants to see if he can be incorporated into her lifestyle. If yes he will be rehomed, if not, I would like to have potential homes lined up for him, so if you're interested please still get in touch.
Pepe is fairly nervous so he'll require patience while he is settling in. He's highly intelligent and knows numerous commands. Even though he's considered to be a senior dog, he loves to play and it's food motivated. He's not great with strange dogs but I believe he can integrate again with patience. A home where he can get a lot of attention would be great because he's a bit needy.
Currently, there has been no interest in Coco but I'm keen to find her a new home. Coco is very easy-going. She has a very nonchalant attitude. She's extremely intelligent and she can be affectionate on her own terms. She's happy to get on with her own thing and she loves to sleep. She too knows numerous commands. She's playful and makes for a great small alert dog. Belly rubs are her passion.
They do not need to go to a home together but if possible, (if Pepe isn't rehomed) I am happy for them to go together or separately. Price is negotiable. I only priced them to ensure I get serious enquiries only and for their own safety and protection. My main priority are safe, caring, devoted and loving homes.
