Meet Daisy and Ryder, a gorgeous bonded brother and sister who are ready to find their forever home together. These two have such a lovely relationship and would thrive in a home where they can get plenty of affection, attention and playtime.
Daisy is your typical cheeky, energetic kitten! She is the brave and confident one of the pair and is incredibly curious about everything going on around her.
She is usually the first to start a game with her siblings and absolutely loves playing. She's also first in line for strokes and attention and isn't afraid to let you know when she wants some fuss!
Ryder is a complete sweetheart with a huge purr. He loves playing just as much as Daisy, but he also has a very caring side and loves looking after his siblings. He can often be found grooming his sisters or joining them for a big cuddle puddle.
Ryder loves his strokes and will happily seek out affection from people he knows. He can take a little longer than Daisy to feel confident in a new environment, but once he knows you, his lovely affectionate personality really comes through.
Both Daisy and Ryder are absolutely obsessed with dogs! Daisy in particular thinks dogs are fantastic and loves being around them. They would love a home with a gentle, calm and cat-friendly dog who is happy to return their affection.
They could also live with older, respectful children who understand how to interact appropriately with cats.
A LITTLE ABOUT RYDER'S HEALTH
We also want to be completely transparent about Ryder's medical history.
Ryder has been diagnosed with feline eosinophilic granuloma complex (EGC), an immune-mediated condition which can cause inflammation and ulcers, including around the mouth and on the skin.
In Ryder, this has presented as ulcers in his mouth and on some areas of his skin. He continues to eat normally and, from what we have observed, the ulcers do not appear to be causing him obvious pain or discomfort.
The condition is something his future family will need to be aware of and monitor, and he may require veterinary treatment if he experiences a flare-up. We are currently doing what we can to manage and reduce potential triggers, including good flea prevention, maintaining a clean environment and feeding a high-quality, grain-free kibble made with 100% meat.
Daisy has not been diagnosed with EGC, and we have not seen any outward signs of the condition in her.
We feel it is important to be completely open about Ryder's diagnosis so that his future family knows exactly what they are taking on. At the same time, we don't want his diagnosis to overshadow who he actually is — a happy, playful, affectionate young cat who loves his people, his siblings and, especially, his cuddles.
🏡 Daisy and Ryder would thrive in a loving household where they can get lots of attention, affection and playtime. A home with older children and/or a calm, cat-friendly dog could be perfect for them.
Most importantly, these two have each other and must be adopted together.
