We are delighted to offer our beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback, Benji (Grisham Red), for stud.
Benji is a stunning, large and athletic 2-year-old male, weighing approximately 53kg, with the rarer and striking masked red-wheaten colouring. He has a wonderfully regal appearance, a broad head and powerful jaw, giving him an impressive and traditionally masculine Ridgeback look.
🐕 About Benji
Benji is an incredibly intelligent, confident and affectionate boy with a fantastic temperament. He is exceptionally clever and determined — there are very few doors around the house that he hasn’t managed to figure out how to open, including inward-opening, outward-opening and sliding doors!
He is a very social dog and absolutely loves female dogs — a real Romeo! Benji is confident and friendly whilst also retaining the traditional Rhodesian Ridgeback characteristic of being naturally aloof with strangers.
At home, Benji is calm, loving and wonderfully well-balanced. He understands the family structure and is very content in his place within it. He is a strong, pack-oriented dog who particularly enjoys family walks with several members of his human pack.

Benji really is the complete package — handsome, intelligent, athletic and affectionate. He has a lovely gentle disposition combined with confidence and character. He is calm, cool and collected but also has a wonderfully goofy and playful side that makes him an incredibly loved member of our family.

Benji comes from a KC Registered lineage, and a 3-generation pedigree is available on request.
His birth and veterinary records, including vaccination details, are also available on request.
Please note: Benji’s Kennel Club registration carries the endorsement:
R – Progeny Not Eligible For Registration
This means any offspring from Benji cannot be Kennel Club registered and are therefore ideally suited as much-loved family pets rather than for showing or breeding programmes.
❤️ First-Time Stud
Benji is a first-time stud, and we are excited to see the beautiful puppies he may produce. His impressive size, handsome appearance, excellent temperament and athletic build make him a wonderful choice for suitable females.
We have deliberately kept the stud fee competitive for Benji’s first matings while he establishes himself as a proven stud.

Artificial insemination can also be arranged through a local veterinarian for an additional small fee.
