Description
Blue is a 1-year-old German Shepherd crossed with a Blue Staffy. We brought him home in November from his previous owner (where he was originally bred).
He is a lovely, affectionate boy who absolutely loves fuss, attention and playtime. He’s very lively and full of energy — typical of his breeds — and would thrive in an active home that can give him plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
Blue is good around children, but due to his size and boisterous nature, we would recommend a home with children aged 5+.
He can walk off lead and has good recall when called. He enjoys being outdoors and needs regular walks to keep him happy and settled.
When left alone during the day, Blue does need to be crated as he can become bored and chew. With the right stimulation and routine, this is manageable.
He currently lives with a female dog and is generally okay with other dogs, but introductions should be done slowly and sensibly.
Blue is not neutered.
The reason for rehoming is simply that we do not have the capacity to give him the level of exercise and stimulation he truly needs. We want him to have the active, engaging lifestyle he deserves.
We are looking for a committed, experienced home that understands high-energy breeds and can give Blue the time, structure and love he needs to thrive.
