Description

Selma is a beautiful setter who has been given up by her hunter because she is no longer wanted for hunting. She has a gentle, sweet nature and is a friendly, well balanced girl who gets along with other dogs and has no interest in causing trouble. She may be a little shy when meeting someone new, but it doesn’t take her long to come out of her shell and show her loving, affectionate side. Selma gets on wonderfully with all the dogs she has met at the shelter. She currently shares a kennel with three other Setters, and they all live together happily, sharing their space and even their food without any issues. She is an active girl who loves nothing more than stretching her legs, running around and playing with her kennel mates in the shelter’s secure outside area. She can live with older children and cat be cat tested for the right home.
