Thrown away as a baby… Luca is now fully grown and still behind bars.
. 😔 we are really hoping that Luca and his sister could be adopted together as they do depend on each other …
Luca’s story begins like a nightmare — found with his sisters Maya and Freya as tiny puppies , dumped in a bin left to die. Thankfully their cries were heard … They were taken into foster until space became available at the shelter where he had sadly waited ever since.
Luca has spent the first two years of his life behind bars growing from a tiny puppy into a beautiful, gentle giant. And still… no one comes for him.please don’t keep him waiting any longer 💔
We’re looking for a kind, experienced rural or semi-rural home, with a secure garden, and ideally a friendly female resident dog.
Luca will need a patient kind understanding person who is willing to take the time he needs to help him learn how to slowly fit into a home life.
Luca is affectionate and playful , will be nervous until he trusts and knows you he’s desperately longing for a home to call his own.

🧡 Friendly, sweet-natured, playful, loveable.. Luca can be nervous and bark until he gets to know you
Luca is ok with other dogs , walks on a lead, but will need more training around roads and traffic
Luca deserves a life beyond the shelter walls.
He deserves soft grass under his paws, a gentle voice, a safe loving hand.
Please don’t let this be Luca’s life … Help him to be seen. 💔
