💔 No applications yet for our lovely older boy... 🥺 🐾❤️ FOSTERED IN THE GLASGOW AREA ❤️🐾 Meet Leroy 💙 This handsome boy turns 10 years old this month, and after spending most of his life in a shelter, all he wants is a family to finally call his own. Please don't let his age put you off. Leroy still enjoys getting out and exploring the world, just at his own gentle pace. He's the perfect reminder that older dogs still have so much life, love and companionship to give. At home, Leroy is calm, relaxed and easy-going. He loves nothing more than finding a comfy spot for a snooze, and he's a wonderful dog to have around. Walks are one of Leroy's favourite things. He's happy to amble along, stopping to sniff every interesting smell and taking in the world around him. Sometimes he'll lag behind to investigate something fascinating before happily catching you up. He's lovely on the lead and friendly with every dog he meets, currently living happily with both male and female dogs. Leroy is currently living with cats, although he can sometimes bark or chase them, particularly around mealtimes. This is improving with training, but we'd love to find him a home without cats, or one with a confident cat who won't be fazed by him. Having spent so many years in a shelter, Leroy has missed out on learning many of the things other dogs take for granted. He's not particularly interested in toys or treats, but give him a tasty chew bone and he's one happy boy. Leroy is simply a kind, gentle soul who deserves to experience what every dog should know... a warm bed, a loving family and the security of finally being home.
