Marshall is an irresistibly handsome little chap, a Setter x Dachshund (possibly a few other breeds mix in too!). He has a very Setter like face paired with adorably short legs.
Unlike many of the dogs we help, Marshall has always lived in a home. He was originally given to someone who left him in the care of her mother when she moved out. Sadly, the mum was unable to look after him and one of the wonderful shelters we work with stepped in to help Marshall.
Marshall is sociable, playful and lots of fun. He’s very dog friendly and has a delightfully puppyish way of trying to entice other dogs into play. While he has always been an only dog and could live happily as one again, he enjoys the company of other and would need regular opportunities to socialise with friends’ or family dogs. He would also be perfectly happy sharing his home with another dog.
He’s affectionate, friendly, and enjoys human company. Marshall is an active boy who loves his walks and, above all, playtime. He’s also good with children and would make a lovely addition to a family.
Marshall hasn’t yet been tested with cats, but this can be arranged for the right home.
