Meet Mash – A Sweet & Affectionate Boy Seeking a Loving Home ❤️ Meet Mash, our lovely and affectionate boy who is looking for a new forever home. It breaks our hearts to rehome him, but unfortunately, my wife has developed a severe cat allergy. We hope to find a caring and responsible family who will love him as much as we do. 🐱 About Mash Mash was originally a stray, but he has grown into a sweet, sociable and affectionate companion. He loves being around people and will often follow you from room to room. Although he isn't particularly fond of being picked up, he enjoys gentle affection and simply being close to his family. He has some adorable little habits: - He makes cute humming sounds ("mm... mm...") while walking around. - He closes his eyes when you gently stroke his head. - He raises his bottom when you stroke his lower back. - He loves interactive toys, especially moving fish toys and laser pointers. - He enjoys relaxing in sunny spots and watching the world outside. - He particularly enjoys wet, soupy food, alongside his usual Purina chicken dry food. 🏡 His Ideal Home Having spent part of his life as a stray, Mash is still learning to fully trust people. When frightened, he tends to hide rather than seek reassurance. We believe he would thrive in a calm, loving and patient home where he can feel safe and build trust at his own pace. He would particularly suit someone who: - Enjoys having an affectionate feline companion. - Respects his personal space. He doesn't mind being cuddled, but may walk away when he's had enough. - Can provide a stable, safe and comfortable home. - Understands that cats sometimes need time to adjust to new surroundings. ❤️ Finding Mash His Forever Home Mash means a great deal to us, and finding him the right home is far more important than rehoming him quickly. A rehoming fee of £80 applies, but finding the right home for Mash is our priority. We would love to hear from responsible, genuine cat lovers who can offer him a safe and happy life. Please feel free to get in touch and tell us a little about yourself and the home you could offer Mash.
