Due to giving up my hobby(picking up), I am looking for a new home for my 1yo. She is a friendly, well-behaved dog who has been raised around children from a puppy and gets on well with other dogs.
She was meant to be replacement for my older two dogs retiring but I have given up and never really had time to start gundog training with her.
She is fully toilet trained and has a good temperament, making her a great companion for a family or someone with an active lifestyle. She is energetic, loyal, and enjoys outdoor activities, as expected from the breed.
She needs more than what I can offer as work commitments are increasing as-well as juggling 2 small kids, a house and horses. I’m stretched too thin.
I am keen to find her a loving and responsible home where she will continue to be well cared for and go on endless adventures as she deserves.
It’ll be sad to see her go but it’s 100% what’s best for her.
Her only little downfall which can 100% be sorted with constant exposure and training. If your walking and she's off the lead, fairly close to you and she sees sheep in the same field, just grumble at her and she’ll stop and carry on the walk happily. If she gets too far away and the sheep start running she will go to chase them. She’s never harmed one at all just rounds them up into a corner. She’s improved so much but just needs to be mentioned so you can keep an eye and keep her training going until she doesnt take any notice of them.
