Troy – nearly 3-year-old fluffy French Bulldog – looking for the right home! (Please read to the end)
We recently welcomed Troy into our home, however after careful consideration we’ve realised that bringing another dog into our lives was not the right decision for our family at this time. This is not a reflection on Troy – he is a lovely, affectionate dog who deserves a home that can offer him the lifestyle he’s used to.
Troy is nearly 3 years old and is a very friendly, people-loving dog. He has been amazing with our 7yr old child, very good with other dogs, and walks nicely on the lead. He travels really well in the car (we travelled nearly 5hrs with him with stops) and he really enjoys being around people, often choosing to sit close by if he is allowed.
He would be best suited to a home where someone is around for much of the day, or a busier household, as he clearly enjoys companionship and being part of day-to-day life. He likes to know where his people are and settles best when he feels included.
He has only been with us a few days & we’re seeing changes everyday ❤️
He’s much more settled in himself & really is a lovely dog - he’d make a wonderful family pet.
The previous owner assured us Troy is microchipped, however this information wasn’t available on collection & was promised to be sent to us. As it hasn’t I’m taking Troy to the vets today to be scanned so either get the information or to have him chipped officially.
Troy is a loving, affectionate dog with lots to offer, and we want to make sure he finds a home that suits him well for the long term.
We are not looking to make a profit – the rehoming fee is what we paid. Our priority is finding him the right home.
