Description
1 year old Hermanns tortoises. Hatched July/August 2024. 7 available. Bred at home from our creep of pets. I have owned tortoises for over 28 years and have done extensive research to ensure their natural environment and diet is replicated to ensure healthy growth. I have kept hold of them for a year to ensure all are healthy and growing well.
Which they are - and now ready to find new loving homes and still small enough to enjoy watching them grow.
They all have cites A10 but will need microchipping and re- registering when they are bigger. It is a legal requirement if you plan to breed or sell on. I will not bulk sell to shops or individuals so do not ask.
Incubated to be female but this cannot be guaranteed and therefore I will only home 1 per family. They are solitary animals and do not need company of others.
Proof of suitable set up will be required before purchase. (Ideally an open tortoise table with separate UV and heat flood lights as Mercury Vapour Bulbs are not as efficient.)
They have all been raised on a natural diet of weeds and flowers and kept on a coco coir substrate.
Parents are family pets of over 30 years
Lifelong advice and re-homing back up available should circumstances change.
