Ignore the birthday I have no clue when they were born as I’ve only had them for about 7 months and they are 4-5 years old, when I got them I had a lot more time for them but now my priorities have changed and I no longer have the time for them and I want them to live in a home where they will be looked after a lot more and have a lot more time for them. I want someone who has previous experience with Degus as they are not as cuddly as they seem to look, they hate being touched let alone handled and should only be handled when cleaning out their cage or any other time that’s needed. They will run up to your hand for food and treats though!! Also unless you have a play pen or any other small enclosed space (or one of the balls they can run around in) please don’t let them roam around on your floor trust me I tried it once and it took me almost 3 hours and alot of treats to catch the little guys!
