Fred is a lovely 2-year-old Labrador x Corgi type boy who arrived in the UK in April 2026 and is now looking for his forever home.
Fred is an incredibly affectionate and sweet-natured lad who absolutely adores human company and will happily soak up all the cuddles you can give. He has a gentle personality and has settled beautifully into foster life, showing himself to be a calm, loving, and easy companion.
Fred is medium-sized (approx. 18kg) and is fully house trained. He sleeps well through the night and has been left alone for up to 4 hours without issue.
He walks nicely on the lead and enjoys relaxed, sniffy walks rather than high-energy exercise. Fred is not a particularly high-energy dog and would be perfectly suited to a home that enjoys a slower pace of life, with shorter walks and plenty of time to relax together.
He has travelled in a car and has shown himself to be confident and relaxed around visitors to the home.
Fred has a good appetite, is eager to please, and is a lovely, steady presence to have around.
🏡 Home requirements:
Fred will require a home with a garden. A home check will be carried out via video as part of the adoption process.
In line with rescue policy, he cannot be rehomed with children under the age of 8.
He has not yet been cat tested.
Fred is neutered, flead, and wormed.
He is currently based in Bedfordshire but ****************** for the right home.
This handsome boy has so much love to give and is ready to find a family to call his own. His profile will be updated as he continues to progress in foster.
