Description
Finding a new home for Trinity has been a very difficult decision, but it’s the right one for her. She is a beautiful, energetic girl who needs more interaction than my current job allows, and I want to ensure she finds a forever home where she is a central part of the family.
Trinity's favourite thing in the world is being near her people. While she doesn't suffer from severe separation anxiety, she lives for human interaction. The primary reason for rehoming her is to ensure she goes to a household where she won't be left alone for extended periods. She would be a perfect match for someone who works from home or is retired and looking for a loyal "shadow."
Personality & Temperament: Trinity is a sweetheart. She has been raised around my 3-year-old daughter and is wonderfully patient and gentle with children. She is also generally good with other pets, though she does get very excitable and "bouncy" during initial introductions.
Recall: This is a work in progress. She is easily distracted by other dogs and will need continued, patient training.
Energy: She is wilful and athletic (I suspect some Pointer in her lineage), so she needs plenty of mental stimulation and physical exercise. She currently gets at least an hour of walking every day.
Travel: She does suffer from car sickness, so she’s best suited for a home that doesn't require frequent long drives.
House Training: She is fully toilet trained in her own home, though she has had the occasional "excitement accident" in unfamiliar environments with sitters.
Health & Essentials:
She is microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations. In excellent health.
Trinity will make an amazing companion for someone with the time to continue her training and a garden for her to zoom around in. If you feel you can give this beautiful girl the active, attentive life she needs, please get in touch.
