Annie was broken and lightly raced before her trainers decided sadly this wasn't the career she was made for.
Like other thoroughbreds entering a racing environment she was professionally broken and wanted for nothing during this process.
She retired sound and was a common case of simply too slow for the track.
Annie was then turned away to summer grazing where she was left out a little too long in my opinion and had just dropped back a little with the weather changes.
Anyhow she's with us now ! Stabled and loving her life.
We have had a little sit on to validate her race yard references (which were glowing) however would like to sell her to a home where she will be allowed more time to develop and grow.
She's been led out in traffic and was amazing totally unfazed
Has been previously cold shod all fours and picks up all of her legs perfectly
Ties up well to be groomed and fussed
Vaccinated and wormed to date
Happy stabled, no vices although can be a little bit of a grump around her dinner! This could well be as she's a little light in condition so when she realises no one is planning on taking it off her she should settle.
Loads and travels well come to South wales from Newmarket and prior to that had been on and off transportation on many occasions
Has been turned away with mares and geldings and had no issues
So if you think you can offer little Annie some love and TLC, time and patience in return she can offer you a very well broken ride - a blank canvas who is able to be moulded into anyone's perfect best friend !
