We’d love to introduce you to four wonderful kittens.
A little about their family…
Their mum, Lala, is half Ragdoll, with Ragdoll ancestry on her maternal side too, as Lala’s mum was also part Ragdoll.
So these kittens come from a family with Ragdoll heritage, something we thought was worth mentioning. Ragdolls are well known for their affectionate, people-loving nature and gentle temperament, and Lala herself is an exceptionally caring and devoted mum.
All four kittens are now eating solid food, drinking fresh water, have been wormed and are doing brilliantly with their litter tray.
Yes, they really are that clever!
These lovely kittens’ names were inspired by the book, and now the movie, Project Hail Mary.
The kittens are, of course, still far too young to actually respond to their names. That part will be your job :-) For now, their names help us tell them apart, talk about them and get to know their individual little personalities.
Ryland
Ryland is the sweetest little boy, with the most unusual calico colouring.
Just like his namesake, he can be a little bit of a coward at times, but he is also intelligent, empathetic, funny and endlessly curious!
He loves falling asleep close to you. Just remember, like any self-respecting toddler, he first needs to completely exhaust himself with some serious playing. Once that is done, he sleeps like a baby, long, peacefully and sweetly.
And there is something else quite special about Ryland. Male calico cats are extremely rare, so do have a little read about them. Most male calicos are sterile, which means our lovely Ryland is far more likely to remain an eternal sweet boy than ever become a dad!
Eva
Eva is a beautiful dark-and-white girl. At first glance she looks black and white, but in the sunlight her darker fur looks much more like dark chocolate with a splash of cream.
Just like the character she was named after, Eva is wonderfully bossy, determined, confident and brave. She knows exactly what she wants!
She is also an independent little lady who appreciates having things on her own terms.
If you respect feline independence but also love spending an evening curled up on the sofa watching TV, Eva could be your perfect companion because, yes, she loves watching television too!
Grace
Grace is the smallest and most delicate of the four, but don’t let her tiny size fool you. She is also incredibly brave and fierce!
We even have a little video of her guarding her blanket and growling protectively over it, so she certainly knows how to stand her ground.
She is a lovely combination of gentleness and strength.
Like her sister Eva, she looks black and white at first, but her darker colouring is closer to dark chocolate or coffee mixed with white cream.
Grace can be a little timid at times, just like Ryland Grace himself, but she is also full of charm, sweetness and affection. She is an incredibly lovable little girl with a surprisingly big personality.
Rocky
Rocky is the biggest and heaviest of the four, which somehow suits his name perfectly!
He is a typical little boy who absolutely loves wrestling, playing and getting into mischief with his siblings.
But once playtime is over, Rocky is also more than happy to fall asleep on your lap.
He is brave, intelligent and wonderfully friendly. We have a feeling his future owner’s lap will become his favourite place and the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
This wonderful little group of four, who we have to admit are rather spoiled, have received an enormous amount of love from their incredibly caring mum, Lala, and from us.
But we refuse to take all the blame.
It is entirely their fault!
They are simply impossible not to love, and resisting the temptation to cuddle and spoil them is almost impossible.
