📘 About Endler Guppies and guppies
Species & Colours
Endler guppies (Poecilia wingei) are closely related to the common guppy, but with their own distinct genetics. They display vivid colouration including orange, black, metallic green, and occasionally sword-like tail extensions.
Size & Behaviour
They grow to around 2–4 cm and are extremely active. Best kept in groups, they prefer mid-to-top levels of the tank. For harmony, keep more females than males (e.g., 1 male to 2–3 females).
