Description
Our golden retriever (mother) and our German Shepherd (father) have produced a lovely golden Shepherd.
A brief story: our German Shepherd accidentally got our golden retriever pregnant, as we never intended for either of them to have a litter.
We kept them well apart during our golden retriever's season; however, where there is a will, there is a way, and our German Shepherd managed to catch her, leaving us too late to separate them.
During her first scan at four weeks, it was revealed that she was only pregnant with one puppy, as our German Shepherd caught her on her very last day.
Having a singleton in golden retrievers is quite rare and unique. This little puppy once is born will be raised alongside both parents, including our young children with educational needs.
This beautiful puppy will also grow up with another family member's litter of nine Labrador puppies, and we will ensure it receives all the love and attention necessary to prevent any social anxiety due to being a singleton. The puppy will be nurtured with plenty of love, affection, and socialization with other dogs children and adults to ensure it has the best up bringing ensuring they grow into well-adjusted dogs despite their unique start.
Mum is our lovely golden retriever, and we have had her since she was just 8 weeks old. Poppy loves children and has a special connection with my autistic son. She possesses a wonderful temperament, enjoys cuddles and kisses, and brings joy to everyone, always wearing a big smile on her face. Dad is our handsome straight-backed long-haired German Shepherd, whom we have had since he was 8 weeks old. Chase not only brings beauty, unwavering loyalty, sharp intelligence, and strength but also a rich heritage of skill and devotion. He is confident and friendly, with a perfect temperament. His playful nature ensures he brings a smile to everyone he encounters.
