Description

This is our 1 year old cockapoo Loki. This is a really sad rehome as he is a lovely affectionate dog who loves his humans. But we adopted him at around 7 months of age to keep our other dog company whilst at work, who he adores and is amazing with. However he suffers from separation anxiety and as a result barks, and i now have to leave for work at 7am which means hes barking early morning and upsetting the neighbours. He also barks whenever he wants something or doesn't want it, ie he's learnt the school routine and knows that means walkies and will bark from when my daughter is getting ready for school, whilst we get him ready and are locking up to leave. He also barks at other dogs and we live in a square cul de sac where dogs are out all day,as a result we have had neighbours complaints and I get shouted at by male neighbours when I walk him. He isn't aggressive with other dogs, he runs over like bamboo excited and bouncing but when he gets there he often doesn't know how to react next, which results in him barking at the other dog to go away. We think all the issues are trainable and we have had him recently chemically castrated to see if it helps with the issue but havent seen any significant improvement, although its still early and the vet did advise it could take 3 months. He needs more training that we can offer but I do feel with the right training he would be a wonderful dog for someone. He is great with children of all ages, he can just be a little bit shy at first meeting, but treats always help! Loki ideally needs someone who knows how to deal with common cockapoo behavioural issues, ideally a another high energy resident dog for when his humans are out, and someone home most of the time. I've tried to be as transparent as possible but please message with any further questions, serious enquires only as this is already a really difficult decision for us. Loki is 1 years Tricolour phantom f2 cockapoo Chemically castrated due to end around early November but I will get exact date Vaccinated up to date but due August Flea and wormed up to date Genetically tested and clear from cockapoo hereditary disease and illness( i can provide the test results) MORE PICTURES AVAILABLE, this site wouldn't let me use ones from my gallery so those are taken today
