It is with very heavy hearts that we have to find a new forever home for our beautiful 3-year old Border Collie, Cassie. Cassie did not have the best start in life but has developed into a highly intelligent, loving girl who loves games, interactive training, travel and snuggles on the settee at the end of the day. She enjoys her walks, travels in a canoe and has travelled across the UK and through France with us in our campervan. She is extremely well-behaved around the home, has no destructive tendencies at all and is happy to be left for a few hours at a time, although has spent most of her life with human and dog company. She has near perfect recall and that lovely Collie quirk of checking on her humans every few seconds to make sure they are keeping up. She can be worried by new people, so needs a little time to get to know them and let them into her world, but once she has made friends, she is incredibly affectionate and loving. She is very good with other dogs after careful introductions, and has thrived as part of a two-dog household. Cassie is very anxious around small children and this is why we are looking for a new, Collie experienced, home for her. Cassie will thrive in a calm but active child-free household, with access to good space for regular off-lead exercise and someone who will become her best friend for life's adventures.
