Description
Just putting feelers out at the minute.
Connie is looking for her new home through no fault of her own. I have owned Connie for coming up to 5 years and she is an absolute angel. I’ve just had massive change in financial circumstances and am having to part with my girl.
I’ll keep this ad 100% honest as finding her a forever home is my main priority.
I’m ideally looking for Connie to go to a home where she will be mainly hacking/ going out and about doing things like fun rides, beach rides, forest rides and hunting.
This is where Connie thrives, or as a field companion but she does like to keep busy.
She is an absolute machine out jumping.
However, Connie is very green in the school as she does not like being schooled. This is from previous homes and I haven’t had the time or money to invest in getting her properly adjusted to riding in the arena. She is not naughty or nasty in any way she is just unbalanced and inexperienced, she may throw in the odd buck or have a little tantrum. But with a firm and confident rider she is absolutely fine.
I’d be absolutely fine with her going to a home that would like to retrain her as she will excel in absolutely anything if you put the effort into her. She has already hunted in the past and LOVES cross country.
She is really good for the farrier, to be clipped, wormed, will stand all day to be groomed. She isn’t a big fan of having a bath but stops fidgeting after 5 minutes.
She is not currently up to date on vaccines as I am forgetful and completely forgot about her last one. But I am starting the course again to get her back on track.
Everything else is up to date; farrier, worming, physio, saddle fitter, dentist etc.
Her price includes all her wardrobe; Saddle, bridles, all rugs, absolutely everything of hers I own.
I’m completely heart broken but unfortunately it’s just something I’m having to do and I will want to keep in contact with new owners as Connie means a lot to me.
