Description
We are looking to find a loving new home for our beautiful show cocker spaniel, Honey. She has a big personality and so much love to give, and we want to find her a calm, understanding home where she can truly settle and feel secure.
Honey would be best suited to an adult-only home or one with older teenagers. She gets along well with other dogs, but she does need time, patience, and her own space to build trust and feel comfortable around them.
She is house trained and generally well behaved. Honey walks nicely on a halti lead and enjoys her walks, although her recall will need some continued work. She has not been spayed yet.
We want to be completely honest to help find her the right home. On occasion, Honey has shown some space guarding behaviour towards myself and our young daughter, though never towards my wife. Because of this, we feel she would benefit from a quieter home environment with experienced owners who understand dog behaviour and can continue to support her with consistency and care.
This has been a very difficult decision for us due to a change in circumstances, and we are truly sad to see her go. Honey is a lovely, affectionate dog with so much character, and in the right home she will make a wonderful companion.
Our priority is finding her the perfect home where she will be safe, happy, and loved. ā¤ļø
