Description

I have 1, 11 month fawn male available. He is 75% Dobermann. This is a dog I personally bred which has been returned to me due to the previous owner having a change in circumstances meaning they could no longer give Dexter the life he deserves. Dexter is a very sweet loving dog. I haven’t noticed any issues with him since I’ve had him. He is fully house trained, crate trained and knows basic commands. He is social towards people/kids and other dogs. If anything he is too social and needs to worry to do n his neutrality as he things all people and dogs want to be his friend. He will need someone with previous experience in Dobermanns or working breeds as a whole. He is only 11 months but he is a big powerful dog so ongoing training and structure is a must. I personally own his mum and one of his brothers from the litter which can both be seen. I am a Dobermann lover through and through I currently have 5 myself. The reason I originally did this mix of breed is for a couple reasons. The main being Dobermanns health issues and after loosing my first dobermann at a very young age of 3 I wanted to try and limited the risk of these hereditary issues becoming a problem later on in life. The second being workability as all my dogs are worked and compete in high level obedience and protection sports. The mother to Dexter is my own personal dog who is 50/50 Dobermann. She has competed in many competitions and has a few top 3 trophies against some of the best working dogs in the uk. The sire is a purebred Dobermann who has also won multiple trials in the uk, he is from Hagen blood who is a very very well known dobermann in the uk worki my dog scene. He is the only dobermann to ever win an AVD Gold glass. The crossbred blood is from Keres (the mum) dad side. He has a a very very well known dog called Duece from BVK he has won ALOT of trophies and has been proven to produce very very good pups himself. Dexter is fully vaccinated, wormed and flead up to date. He will suit either an active pet home or working home. But I highlight the fact he will need ongoing training to get the best out of him. I am in no rush to rehome him and I’d love to keep him but I have already have enough dogs and it would not be fair on him. I have alot more information I could write about Dexter and the bloodline but I feel it’s a lot easier speaking on the phone/in person than written down.
