Description

It breaks our hearts to be looking for a new home for our beautiful Sandy. This decision has been made through no fault of her own. Due to a change in our work patterns, she is being left alone for longer than is fair, and she deserves a home where she can enjoy the time, love and companionship she thrives on. Sandy is a 4-year-old, ¾ Staffordshire Bull Terrier and ¼ Lurcher with a wonderful, affectionate nature. She absolutely loves people, enjoys plenty of fuss and cuddles, and is always happy to play before curling up for a snooze. She is: Fully house trained. Crate trained and settles well. Walks beautifully on a loose lead. Good with other dogs. Has previously lived with a cat. Comfortable around teenagers and older children. Health-wise, Sandy is microchipped, has received her vaccinations, and is up to date with flea and worm treatments. She is not currently neutered. We're looking for a loving, committed home where Sandy won't be left alone for long periods and can continue to be a cherished member of the family. She would suit someone who has the time to give her the attention and affection she deserves. This is an incredibly difficult decision, and we are in no rush. Finding the right home is far more important than finding a quick one. We will only consider homes where we feel Sandy will be happy, safe and loved for the rest of her life.
