Description
So Smart by Name - So Smart by nature
2019 Irish Bred Gelding
15'3 Dark Bay
A super candidate for the ROR championships
Super sweet easy and very much trainable type. Hacks away well - alone and in company and not a nervous or worried type.
A real eyeful of a horse with correct conformation, straight movement and the sweetest of pony heads.
Retired from racing after a successful career that he sadly lost the love for and proven to enjoy more time enjoying the countryside rather than the race adrenaline - Injury free
A gentleman to handle on the ground and is groomed daily but our young liveries and works by our teenage helper as he is the yard reliable
Go to
Works well in the school - he's no schoolmaster of course as this is all new to him but happy to work up and down the gaits and will turn his hoof to anything asked of him
Had popped poles coloured and rustic and again not a show jumper but has potential
To do this job with minimal reschooling
Happy to Turn out with mares and geldings again proving to be Mr versatile.
Loads and travels well into a trailer and 3.5 so no issues if someone wants a partner to get out and about and explore the world together.
Smartie would be super for a competent teenager /lightweight adult to work with and take to events such as RC fun rides and possibly the odd days hunting
No suited to a complete novice as just out of racing and started reschooling with us - although he isn't at all a challenge but has a brain.
Good with the farrier and good hooves no splits or cracks
Vaccines and worming to date
Regular chiropractor treatment
This chap has come from a fantastic race yard and wanted for nothing we hope to find him a new home to enjoy him as much as we have.
