Lilo is Greyhound and Belgian Malinois Cross
She is such a sweet girl and has a lot of energy! She can be running in a field one minute and the next minute asleep on the sofa.
Lilo is toilet trained and is also recall trained.
She recalls well with no distractions but is still learning to recall perfectly when there is distractions, this is currently trained using a long line lead.
Lilo knows sit, lie-down, spin and is learning to heel, very slowly. She is a very intelligent dog and with the right training and patience she could be trained to do much more.
Lilo currently wears a halti no pull collar when she is on the short lead, this is due to her having some leash aggression, this is only due to her fixating on meeting the other dog/dogs and is not because she is aggressive towards the other dogs, she just wants to meet them, when lilo does socialise with other dogs she is very friendly. This leash aggression is currently been trained out by rewarding her with a treat when she ignores the
other dog on the lead. This still needs work.
Off the lead she is friendly with other dogs and plays nicely with them, as said in the above when there is new distractions she can sometimes ignore commands, so the long line can be used to aid with the training of this.
I have unfortunately been made redundant recently and am looking to move back to the city for better job prospects, due to this I am unable to meet lilos needs.
Price negotiable, main thing is that she's goes to the right home.
