Description

I have one gorgeous pedigree, truffle trained, DNA clear, Blonde/Orange boy puppy remaining from this year’s litter. I am a small, boutique KC registered breeder with the kennel name DianodiAlba - please visit my website www.lagottosandtruffles.com and social media pages for more photos and videos to see their home environment, view past litters and to learn about my breeding ethics and dogs. The sire is a working Truffle Hunting dog in Provence, France. It is very important to me continue the magnificent tradition of the breed as Truffle Hunting dogs, since the Lagotto Romagnolo is the only officially recognised truffle hunting dog breed in the world. Hence, my puppies have been trained since birth in the confidential, time-honoured Italian Truffle training method to recognise the scent of truffles...  The puppies are born and raised within my home with their mother, two other Lagottos and my cat - hence they are used to other pets and to family noises, music, TV etc. I have several acres of land, so they have a large garden area for playing and socialising. The mother has a very loving, gentle personality and the puppies receive love and cuddles from me on a daily basis to ensure they become well-balanced, calm and loving pets.  The puppy comes with a 1 year Heath Guarantee Contract and a pedigree certificate. He has received 3 veterinary health examinations and has received two phases of puppy vaccinations and of course has an ISO microchip.  Both parents are fully DNA health tested; DNA Clear of hereditary diseases and Eye Retinal Atrophy clear.  I provide lifetime support to my puppy owners and welcome as much or as little contact as you would like... I organise truffle hunting puppy reunions in the truffle areas of Dorset in November- February. These ‘Lagotto Radunos’ are very sociable reunions of my Lagotto puppies and owners and I genuinely love being reaccqainted with the pups - if you are interested in truffle hunting...  I have owned Lagottos for over 10 years and have a wealth of knowledge in rearing puppies in healthy, loving and hygienic home environments to ensure well-adjusted dogs. I have a potential puppy owner application form, however I’m afraid I do insist on a decent size garden for my puppies, as it is necessary for this breed.
