Description
AVAILABLE-The beautiful & 🇬🇧
perfect lab X ‘Raven’ who will
find her flight at 1yrs old if you
choose her- Devon fostered
In symbolism the raven means:-
‘Transformation & Change: A powerful
symbol of moving from one state to
another, often linked to metamorphosis
and spiritual awakening.’
That certainly describes this girl. She’s
always been stunning and perfection
personified though she’s crossed countries
to meet you & live the life she’s always
deserved. When she finds that she’ll
continue to leave her sad past behind. We
thank her wonderful foster couple for
giving her that opportunity. She will also
transform your life. She is simply out of
this world & the most gentle, gorgeous,
easy going, passive & perfect gal you could
hope to meet. She needs you as much as
you need her. You don’t have to cross the
continent to meet her however though
Raven like people has a lot more to offer
than the post code she resides at. We
want the adopter that would cross oceans
for her even if you don’t have to because
she may be local. She’s had time to
decompress after arriving with her foster
in December 25’ (though she was amazing
on day one-see below in her fosters
words). As the owner of the welfare I first
met raven as we called her in September
25’. I vowed to help her as I have dedicated
my life to doing with so many dogs at risk.
So just a little bit about their history
because they are not defined by it & get
through it like the phenomenal gentle souls
that they are- whilst we focus on what they
are now and will be in the future what we
can tell you is that raven found herself in a
government pound as just an infant
through no fault of her own. She was fated
to be made homeless again after being
recycled through the system as just a
number. This is a typical European policy
to either abandon the dogs again when the
pounds are full or give them to people who
will continue to neglect, desert and/or
abuse them.
It has been my mission to bring these well
adjusted and loving dogs to the animal
lovers who will cherish them. Are you her
special person?
Perhaps there is no better person to
present her than the two incredible fosters
taking care of her since her arrival. In their
words covering the first few days:-
‘Raven - December 2025
Day 1 - 22/12/2025
Raven arrived today at 21:10, she came off
of the van very timid and outwardly scared
but she got in and walked up the stairs
which is highly unusual of dogs we foster
from Bulgaria. Generally, they're sceptical
of stairs at best.
We took her outside and she was
inquisitive of the area, sniffing everything.
It took only 35 minutes before we were
getting kisses and cuddles and before she
played with a rope toy which is HIGHLY
unusual but in the most heart warming and positive sense.
Normally they have never seen a toy so
need to be taught to play but this was
instinct and fabulous to see.
Days 2 and 3 - 23/12/2025 and 24/12/2025
Raven has continued to come on in the last
2 days and now has begun to fully trust us.
No major walk yesterday, only toilet breaks
as that's DEFRAs rules so first proper walk
was today. Very nervous at first, laying on
the floor and refusing to move, within 5
minutes and with the magic of treats she
was walking tightly to me and within
another 10 minutes she was pulling ahead.
We have noticed that Raven is responsive
to praise, she likes to know that she's
pleasing people and it really shows.
To be honest, I think these pictures are the
number 1 most important to send because
it showed that even on day 1 she had just
been put in a van for 3 day, traversed
across a continent and then STILL wanted
to cuddle and play. What resilience
She is a family dog this one definitely like
she would suit the environment well with
how adaptable she is

Popped in just after I woke up and she is
so much better full of energy and very
happy seeming I am impressed

Thank you to molly and Phoenix
Please note: every dog is an individual &
different aspects present themselves
dependant on their companion (is that
you?)
😃
& as they blossom in their new
secure environment. For example a dog
that does not walk in a shelter may cant
along like they are at crufts day two in a
new home
