Emily was very responsive and supportive. The puppy was healthy and mum was loving and calm. Pups were very happy.

Brought home our retriever pup yesterday and he seems to be settling in very well. Very healthy, happy and lovely! Emily was brilliant. Communicated well, very keen to do video calls to introduce us to the litter. The entire process was very smooth and we absolutely love the new addition to the family.
