Description
We are sadly looking to rehome our beautiful 2-year-old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier due to a recent change in family circumstances. With a new baby at home, we’re unable to give her the time, attention, and exercise she truly deserves.
She is a very loving, energetic girl who adores her walks, especially anywhere with water. She loves playing fetch and will happily walk off the lead when she has a ball, though without one she’s very people-friendly and may run up for a fuss and a stroke.
She is great with babies and understands she needs to be gentle around them. With older children she can be a bit boisterous, simply due to excitement and not realising her size, so supervision is advised.
She is microchipped, has had her puppy vaccinations, and has recently been flea’d and wormed. She eats dry food only and prefers beef or chicken flavours. She is fully toilet trained and sits at the back door when she needs to go. She sleeps in her own bed, however previously slept in a crate.
In terms of other animals, she is not good with unfamiliar dogs when meeting them randomly on walks. However, she can be introduced to other dogs successfully in a calm, controlled environment with multiple positive meetings. She has not been around small animals, so we are unsure how she would react.
She knows a variety of commands including:
• Sit
• Lie down
• Give paw
• Spin
• Speak
• High five
All for a treat.
This is an incredibly hard decision, and we are looking for a loving, active home where she can get the exercise, stimulation, and affection she thrives on. Please message for more information or to discuss whether you could be the right match for her. 💕
