Description
Martin – a gentle, adaptable companion looking for his forever home
Martin came to us around nine months ago, and we truly believed we could offer him the stable, long-term home he deserved after previously living in a flat with very little freedom. Sadly, since the passing of our older dog (his close companion), Martin hasn’t been as settled as we’d hoped.
Although Martin himself is excellent with cats and completely respectful around them, our cats particularly our Maine Coons haven’t been kind to him and have begun to bully him. It’s not fair on Martin, and he deserves a calmer environment where he can truly relax and thrive.
Martin is one of those rare dogs who fits beautifully into almost any household. He would be wonderful with a young family, as he is fantastic with children gentle, patient, and affectionate. At the same time, he would also make a brilliant companion for older people or anyone looking for a calm, loyal dog. He’s just as happy pottering about, going for gentle walks, or spending the day curled up on the sofa.
He is:
• Fully house-trained
• Fully vaccinated (next vaccinations due November)
• Microchipped
• Easy-going, friendly, and adaptable
This is a heartbreaking decision made purely with Martin’s happiness and wellbeing at the centre. We’re looking for a loving home where he can feel settled, secure, and truly part of the family whatever that family may
The one thing we must stress is that we do not want Martin to live in a flat he must have access to a garden.
