Description

Tormenta arrived in the UK on 4th October, initially as a foster-to-adopt, however sadly the cat has not taken positively to Tormenta’s arrival and so her home have had to make the sad decision that she needs to find a new home. Tormenta is currently living with two other Brits who she gets along well with and she is described as incredibly sweet-natured. She enjoys cuddling up in a cosy bed getting belly rubs, as much as she enjoys running around a secure field and having fun! Tormenta is also doing well with her toilet training and has been making wonderful progress adapting to home life after only a couple of weeks. Understandably, Tormenta is looking for a cat-free home. She could happily live with other dogs, or as an only dog as long as she had people around most of the day. … Tormenta is a lovely 8 year old female Brittany (DOB: 30/01/2018) who was rescued after her breeder faced eviction, putting 33 Brittanys in Madrid at risk. 18 of them were taken in by SeBPRA and two other rescues, while the others were sadly rehomed to other breeders and hunters. The dogs from this breeder arrived very scared of humans and it’s thought that they were nearly all kept in individual crates for the majority of the time. Tormenta is very active, playful and cheerful. She loves to run around and sniff everything she can find. Tormenta gets on well with other dogs and happily shares her home and food without any issues. She also loves people and is very affectionate. Like many of the Brittanys rescued from this breeder, she is likely to have been used for hunting, breeding and showing. Tormenta was shown before rescue and comes from a pedigree line. https://sebpra.org/tormenta/
