Hi, I’m looking for a very special home for this lovely girl I took in a few weeks back who could no longer stay in her previous home. I’ve had her with me and my 3 mini daxies to help train her and socialise her before looking for her forever home. She is not an easy dog by any means and is incredibly nervous around new people and dogs. She could live with another small dog with careful introductions and much prefers the company when being left as she does suffer with seperation anxiety. She is now fine to be left when with another dog but hates to be alone. However, she can be reactive meeting new dogs and people. This is something we’d have to work together on over a span of time so someone fairly local would be ideal! It takes her a short while to come around but once she does she is incredibly loving and just craves attention. She is not fully house trained and will pee inside if not taken out regularly until she gets the hang of it, she has improved over the time with me but is still not 100% She is reactive with both dogs and people, there’s no specific type of person she reacts towards but with time she does overcome it and will cuddle up. She has been spot on with my daxies lately and has met up with a few others and quickly became friends however she can react at any quick or sudden movements to begin with so would need a home where the other dog is a tad bit calmer and none reactive. There is much more to be said and discussed so if you think you can offer her the perfect home please be in touch! She cannot stay with me permanently as I have 3 of my own and work full time at a kennels which is not the best environment for her.
