My beautiful mercy I’m writting this with a very heavy heart and this is by far the worst situation I have ever had to be in.
Unfortunately my older dog is not taking to her very well the past month and it’s not fair on him nor her
Mercy is a fun bubbly all around amazing girl she’s good with other dogs,kids,people however she does resource guard we have been training around this and she has come on leaps and bounds but for this reason she will not be rehomed to anybody with young children she does pull slightly on the lead however she understands the word “close” she knows some other cool tricks such as “middle,watch them,gaurd,spin,sit,stay,paw” in regards to resource guarding she will understand the word “leave it” followed by a reward for doing so…. She’s true to her breed however she can be a right donut at times I belive she would thrive being the only dog with a single person/or couple that don’t plan on having children as she is very fond of her owner however could potentially live with another male dog with successful meet ups . This is not an easy decision for me so the right person will have to understand that we would have to meet up a few times for me to get to know you along side mercy building a bond with her potential new owners and for the first couple weeks it would be lovely to receive a photo/video just so I can feel rest assured she has settled comfortably into her new home :) she is allergic to beef and lamb so she is currently on FORTHGLADE poultry diet only…. Mercy come to me slightly under weight but is now nicely stacking on the weight she does currently have 4 trays a day of the FORTHGLADE and will continue to until she reaches her weight goal ( currently has a weigh in every 4 weeks at vets to track her weight. Any questions feel free to message me I will be asking for a rehoming fee to ensure she goes to the best possible home
