Dam is our own Red Fox Labrador bitch, Ruby — a steady, intelligent picking-up dog with excellent natural game-finding and retrieving ability. She has a calm, affectionate temperament in the home whilst remaining active and biddable in the field.
Sire is Turpingreen Johnson of Throstlegill Gundogs (yellow dog), bred from exceptional proven working and Field Trial Champion lines. He is a stylish, athletic dog with strong drive, trainability and natural hunting ability, coming from generations of well-respected working Labradors known for producing highly capable gundogs with excellent temperaments.
This pairing has been carefully chosen to produce trainable, sensible Labradors suitable for:
