❤️🩹 BONNIE NEEDS A SAFE PLACE TO HEAL ❤️🩹
Bonnie’s world was turned upside down after a sudden, severe fight with an older female dog she had happily lived with for years.
Our team member, Alisha, immediately went to the home to assess the situation. Seeing the dogs together, it was heartbreakingly clear that Bonnie was not the aggressor. She was shaking, hiding, and completely terrified. Due to her injuries and the ongoing risk of another attack, Bonnie was safely brought into our rescue.
Despite her traumatic ordeal, Bonnie is an absolute sweetheart. She is a healthy, well behaved girl who just wants to be loved and feel safe again.
Bonnie successfully passed all assessments. She is now looking for a loving foster home where she can receive plenty of love and care while she recovers from being spayed, and where we can assess how she settles into a normal home routine.
Although Bonnie was not the aggressor & she has spent the day cuddling a chihuahua & another female frenchie at the rescue, we sadly can not place her with children or smaller dogs due to the the reported fight 💔

** Due to the ongoing rescue crisis that has affected every rescue in the uk, we are overworked & understaffed. Rescuing & caring for our animals takes priority over admin so we struggle to answer in a timely manor.
