Description
Smooth coat neutered male border collie looking for an active home. 4 years old.
Lovely temperament, lives in the house, fantastic training, good recall, easy on lead, nice manners in the house and out on walks. Has worked sheep well but no formal sheep training. He has lived with other dogs and gets on well with them. He loves a cuddle on the sofa, he is very affectionate with his people. He is nervous around people he doesn’t know and will bark if they approach him.
Must be walked on a lead and head collar.
Must be a completely child free home.
Must be put in a different room if there are any visitors in the house and not allowed access to them.
Must be a cat free home.
He is on medication at the moment to help him with practicing calm behaviours. There would be the potential to wean him off this medication but only when he is fully settled and established with a good routine (so looking a few months before that should even be considered in conjunction with his vet).
He is a truly lovely boy, looking for his perfect home.
