Description
Archie is a beautiful 6-year-old black ghost tabby with a truly wonderful personality. He is an incredibly loving, affectionate, and playful cat who thrives on human companionship. Archie loves being around his people and will happily follow you from room to room just to see what you’re doing – he really enjoys being part of everyday life.
He is generally a very chilled and relaxed cat, but he does need regular stimulation and play to keep him happy. He enjoys interactive toys and even loves watching videos of little creatures on YouTube, which he finds fascinating!
At night, Archie loves getting into bed with his human and snuggling under the quilt. He really is an amazing cat with a big personality and so much love to give.
Archie has no health concerns, and his full vet history can be provided. In the past he did have to have a small stitch-up after cutting his leg, but this healed fully and has no lasting effects. He is microchipped, and the details will be transferred to his new owner.
Unfortunately, we need to find Archie a new home because we are no longer able to give him the level of attention and stimulation he thrives on. He is quite a high-maintenance cat compared to our others, and more recently he has stopped getting along with one of our resident cats, which is creating tension in the household. Our other two cats are long-standing residents, so we feel it’s only fair to find Archie a home where he can be happier and more relaxed.
Archie may be able to live with other cats, but we feel he may do best in a single-pet household where he can receive lots of attention. He has previously lived briefly with a large family dog and had no issues with her.
This decision has not been made lightly. Archie is a truly special cat and we want to make sure he finds the loving home he deserves.
