We are delighted to introduce our beautiful litter of KC Registered Miniature Long-Haired Dachshund puppies, lovingly raised in our family home.
We have three gorgeous puppies — one dapple boy, one chocolate & tan girl and one dark chocolate girl — who are looking for very special forever homes. ❤️
These puppies have been planned with health, temperament and type being incredibly important to us.
About Mum – Winnie ❤️
Winnie is our much-loved family pet and has the most wonderfully calm, gentle and loving nature. She is incredibly affectionate and has been an amazing mum to her babies.
She is a very petite miniature, weighing just under 4kg. Before breeding, Winnie was assessed by our vet with particular consideration given to her back and overall build, and we were very pleased to be told that her build/conformation was excellent.
Winnie is PRA clear and comes from very small lines, including kaninchen-sized dogs.
About Dad – Pinocchio / Dachslicious Choco Kiss 🤎
Dad is a beautiful KC Registered chocolate & tan miniature long-haired Dachshund, weighing approximately 3.5kg, from impressive Russian/champion bloodlines.
He has undergone extensive DNA health testing and is CLEAR for:
✓ PRA-CORD1 / PRA-crd4
✓ Mucopolysaccharidosis IIIA
✓ Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis 1
✓ Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis 2
✓ Osteogenesis Imperfecta
He has also been DNA tested Merle n/n, meaning he is negative for the merle mutation.
Copies of Dad’s health-testing certificates can be seen by prospective owners.
Both Mum and Dad are very petite miniature Dachshunds, with very small/kaninchen-sized dogs within their lines.
🏡 Raised in our family home
Our puppies have been born and are being raised right in the middle of our home, rather than in kennels.
From a young age they are being gently introduced to normal household noises, adults and children, our other dogs, lots of gentle handling and cuddles, and different everyday sights, sounds and experiences as they grow.
We are putting lots of time into their early socialisation so that they have the best possible foundations to become happy, confident and well-adjusted family dogs.
They are very much part of our family while they are with us and receive plenty of individual love and attention.
🩺 Health & what your puppy will leave with
Before leaving for their new homes, each puppy will be:
✓ KC Registered
✓ Vet health checked
✓ Microchipped and registered correctly
✓ Wormed regularly from an appropriate age
✓ Flea treated where appropriate
✓ Vaccinated in line with our vet’s advice
✓ Weaned onto a good-quality puppy food
✓ Used to normal household life, people, children and other dogs
Each puppy will also leave with their own puppy pack, including:
🐶 KC registration paperwork
🐶 Microchip information
🐶 Vet/health documentation
🐶 Vaccination record
🐶 Worming information
🐶 A supply of the food they are used to
🐶 A blanket carrying the familiar scent of Mum and their littermates
🐶 Information about their routine, feeding and care
🐶 Ongoing support from us whenever needed
Regular photos and video updates will also be provided to families while their puppy is growing with us. ❤️
🏡 Finding the right homes
Our priority is finding loving, permanent homes for these puppies rather than simply finding them homes quickly.
We are very happy to chat with prospective owners, answer questions and would love to hear a little about you, your family/home and the kind of life you can offer one of our puppies.
Viewings are welcomed in our home, where you will be able to meet the puppies with their mum Winnie and see the environment in which they have been raised.
Dad does not live with us as he is a stud dog, but we have his photographs, KC information, health-test results and documentation available to show.
The puppies will remain with Mum and their littermates until they are at least 8 weeks old and completely ready for the next stage of their lives.
We absolutely adore these babies and would love to keep in touch with their new families and watch them grow. 🥰🐾
