Really lovely, communication was great , updates all the time from the viewing to the pickup of my dog.

We visited and saw she came from a good , clean and loving environment. We met Maisy's mum she's an adorable friendly, healthy dog. The communication with Karen was good from start to finish. She sent updates, (videos and photos.) We are really pleased with Maisy , She settled in straight away. And now she one of the family. Thank you, Karen & family.

Karen was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to see the puppies in their enclosure, which was spotless and clearly well cared for. We also met the mother, while the father was out working on the farm. I would certainly recommend Karen as a breeder of farm‑bred Welsh Border Collies.
During the three‑week waiting period before collecting our puppy (Jade), Karen kept us updated with three photos and four videos, which was greatly appreciated. We collected Jade on Easter Friday, and she settled in beautifully from the very first day. We are absolutely delighted with her.
