Description
This is a heartbreaking position to be in however, following being made redundant and having to move into rented accommodation following moving from my family home, I am forced to rehome my beautiful cocker spaniels, mother and daughter.
I have had spaniels for over 14 years, they are not a breed for the faint hearted as they are full of energy but so much fun, loving and incredibly loyal!
I have had willow (black) from 8 weeks old, from a local breeder and she is 3years 8 months old. She had a litter of beautiful, healthy puppies last March and we decided to keep one of her daughters, Nellie (brown) following the loss of Heidi a year before, my 11 year old spaniel.
They are used to a large garden and home with access to rolling fields. Their recall is good and they are crate and house trained.
I would love if they could be rehomed together however, for the right home, I would consider them going separately. Also it would be beneficial if you are used to this breed or similar. They love company although my girls are used to being left whilst I work several days a week and have a dog walker come in on those days. They don’t bark whilst left alone and neither are Chewers.
They love their walks and toys, children and other dogs. They travel well in a car and are used to cats.
I would be happy to answer any questions that you may have but please understand how difficult this is for me. I have pictures of Willows litter in their abundance and more videos that I could send.
I would like to vet where they will go to and meet with you and the dog(s) to make sure that this next step for them is a forever home. Whilst I understand, given my current position, things do change I need to be as sure as I possibly can be.
The price is there for advert purposes however, this is totally negotiable for the right home as that is crucial for me. I would also donate the monies to a local dog charity because that feels like the right thing to do.
