Description
Looking for a new home for my lovely cat đź’™
This is a really hard post for me to write, but I need to do what’s best for her.
I’m looking to rehome my Ragdoll girl, Winnie. She’s a friendly, calm, gentle cat who loves attention and can be playful at times (she loves chasing things like the hoover cord amd elastic bands are a favourite!). She’s always been the “bottom of the pecking order”, so she would probably do best either as an only cat, or in a home with just one other very easy-going cat. (Currently lives with 4 others and a massive dog).
Recently she has had a few accidents, she scratches to go outside, and I’m quite sure that’s when she needs to go — but unfortunately I can’t let her have outdoor access here because my other cats are house cats, so a cat flap isn’t an option. I really think she needs a home where she can safely go outdoors, as I feel this would solve a lot of her stress. She absolutely is NOT agile at all. Haha.
She is on the overweight side, and has suspected asthma and dandruff. We also live on a building site, which obviously isn’t the best environment for her breathing or her fur which is becoming veey matted. A trip to the geoomers would do her wonders in her new start!
I believe a calmer home, with outside access, would be much better for her overall wellbeing!!!
She truly is a sweetheart, and this isn’t a decision I’m taking lightly. I just want her to have the quality of life she deserves.
