Description
Beautiful KC-Registered Labrador Puppies
Our beautiful puppies arrived on Friday 17th July 2026 and will be ready to leave for their carefully chosen new homes from Friday 11th September 2026.
The puppies are predominantly a lovely lighter yellow shade, similar to their mother, although some may develop slightly deeper colouring as they grow.
At Greenaways Kennels, we are passionate about responsible breeding. We place enormous importance on health testing, temperament, trainability and giving every puppy the best possible start in life.
About the Litter
This is a very exciting litter from our much-loved Molly of Newthorpe (Pet name Ruby), a beautiful fox red Labrador with the most wonderful temperament.
Molly is happy, kind, trainable and extremely biddable. She is full of personality, always willing to please and an absolute joy to live with. She is our complete go-to dog and a much-loved member of the Greenaways family.
A great deal of thought has gone into choosing the right sire for her, with health, temperament, working ability, trainability and type all at the forefront of our decision.
The sire is Field Trial Winner Mekoro Make No Promises, known as Barley.
Barley is an exceptional working Labrador with proven field trial and working test achievements, outstanding health results and a superb temperament.
We believe this combination should produce intelligent, trainable and affectionate puppies suited to active family homes, working homes or owners interested in gundog training.

How the Puppies Are Raised
The puppies are being raised at Greenaways Kennels, our professional, 5-star licensed breeding kennels set in a beautiful part of Leicestershire on the Rutland border.
They are being carefully reared with the correct feeding, handling, early experiences and attention from birth. Their development, confidence and wellbeing are extremely important to us.
As they grow, the puppies will be introduced to appropriate household sounds, different surfaces, gentle handling and positive early experiences to help prepare them for life in their new homes.
Finding the very best homes for our puppies is incredibly important to us. We enjoy getting to know prospective owners and matching each puppy carefully to the right family, lifestyle and ambitions.
Each Puppy Will Leave With
